The cleanliness of the hotel was top-notch. The staff, especially Serena and the guy who helped us move rooms, were incredibly helpful and accommodating. The hotel facilities were great, with a comfortable lounge area where kids could play board games and enjoy snacks. The location was convenient, with easy access to the city center and the Metro network just a few minutes' walk away. The breakfast served at this hotel was excellent, and the staff at the restaurant were polite and attentive.
